It Comes Down to Success… Yours

At Ashday, we do not accept all project requests that we receive. We’ve never wanted to be a factory that simply churns out applications for all interested parties. Instead we prefer to assess the viability of each potential client's idea and business model. Sometimes Ashday is a good fit, sometimes it isn't. We want to be honest about that and only take on a project if we’re confident that we can make it successful.
Not all consultancies share our perspective. Studies indicate that an enormous percentage of development projects fail. Only about 16% of projects come in on time and within budget, and, in fact, almost a third of all projects are ultimately cancelled outright. Those cancelled projects cost organizations in the United States about $80 billion a year. Budget overruns cost another $60 billion. The sad reality is that supplying failed projects is big business, but it’s not a business Ashday wants to be a part of. We believe that our success is based on our clients’ success.
